**Job Title: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Night Shift**

Shift: 7p-7a with Rotating Weekends

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our healthcare team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe during the night hours.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of residents’ status and care.
- Assist with mobility, including transferring residents and assisting with walking.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents’ living areas.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Current STNA certification in Ohio.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Flexible availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving residents.
