**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or conditions affecting their mobility and functional abilities. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery, improve movement, and promote overall wellness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, patient goals, and evidence-based practice.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
- Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, modifying approaches as necessary based on evaluative findings.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques to promote long-term health and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities, progress notes, and evaluations in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in treatment practices, and continuing education opportunities.

**Qualifications:**
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and outcomes.
- Experience in [specific setting, e.g., outpatient clinic, hospital, rehabilitation center] is preferred.
- Knowledge of current rehabilitation techniques and best practices in physical therapy.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Certification in specialized areas (geriatrics) is a plus.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Working Conditions:**
- The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting and moving patients, and adapting treatment activities to varied environments.
