**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with a variety of conditions to help them achieve maximum independence in their daily activities. This position plays a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, abilities, and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients improve their daily living skills, work skills, and leisure activities.
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance daily functioning and promote independence.
- Maintain documentation of client evaluations, treatment plans, and progress according to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Stay current with developments in the field of occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
- Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in [specify setting, such as geriatrics, rehabilitation, etc.].
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients and their families.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
