**Job Title:** Front Desk Security (Part-Time)

**Location:** Eastbrook Healthcare Center 

**Salary:** $15.00 per hour

**Job Type:** Part-Time

   Shift: 4p-12a on weekdays. 8a-4p on weekends

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Security personnel to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, the Front Desk Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position is part-time with flexible hours, and it offers an hourly wage of $15.00.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and control access to the facility, including checking identification and visitor badges.
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with procedures, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily activities.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Assist with emergency evacuation procedures and drills.
- Collaborate with on-site management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure and professional atmosphere.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED required; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in security, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and security software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to monitor surveillance equipment and respond quickly to any issues.
