**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift**

**Location:** Eastbrook Healthcare Center

**Job Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time

**Pay Rate:** $34 per hour

   Shift: 7p-7a (Rotating Weekends)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and patient procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on proper home care, medication management, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid LPN license in [State].
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially in a long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
